Bioengineer food science and nutrition

In 2023, Ruth graduated as a bioengineer at UGent. Shortly afterwards, she started work as junior innovation manager at Flanders' FOOD. Here she will mainly collaborate on projects under the 'World Class Food Production' programme.

In her spare time, Ruth enjoys going to the gym. She will also never say no to a cosy evening with friends or family.
